Communication & Privacy

Clients are entitled to professional, respectful communication throughout the commission process. Questions, updates, revisions, and project discussions will be handled clearly and in good faith.

You are not required to provide a legal name. Usernames, aliases, screen names, and chosen names are welcome and will be used throughout our correspondence. I will never request a legal name unless it is required by a payment processor, invoicing platform, or other service outside of my control.

I will not intentionally use a deadname, incorrect name, or incorrect pronouns. If an error is made, please let me know and it will be corrected moving forward.

While I strive to be approachable and easy to work with, commissions are a professional service. Communication will remain professional, project-focused, and appropriate. Purchasing artwork or web design services does not establish a personal friendship, personal relationship, or expectation of continued personal contact outside the scope of the project.

Clients will never be asked for additional payment beyond the agreed-upon price unless substantial revisions, added deliverables, or changes to the original project scope have been requested and discussed beforehand. Any changes to pricing will be communicated clearly before work proceeds.

Screenshots, correspondence, reference materials, project information, and personal details shared during the commission process will be treated as private and will not be publicly shared without permission, except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.

Clients are entitled to clear communication regarding pricing, revisions, deadlines, progress updates, and final deliverables. If delays occur, reasonable effort will be made to communicate them promptly.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, chargeback fraud, repeated violations of stated boundaries, or other inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of a project and refusal of future service.
